Records packet in English
Treatment notes, imaging, implant brand, size and lot numbers, medications and instructions. Digital and on paper.
Patient safety & aftercare
It’s the most important question a patient can ask. Here is our written answer, and how we choose the doctors and dentists we work with in the first place.
Healthcare Without Borders. Advocacy Without Compromise. Patients First.

Post-Treatment & Complication Support Protocol
Every patient receives this protocol in writing before booking. Every Verified Provider signs it.
Treatment notes, imaging, implant brand, size and lot numbers, medications and instructions. Digital and on paper.
Your treating doctor confirms you are ready to travel home, and notes it in your records.
Your treating doctor, your advocate’s number and your implant or device details, always with you.
If you need help at home
| Situation | What you do | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency: heavy bleeding, trouble breathing, chest pain, high fever with swelling | Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room first. | As soon as you or your family tell us, we send your records packet to the treating hospital. |
| Urgent but stable: pain, swelling, a loose prosthesis, a wound concern | Call or WhatsApp your advocate at 1-866-497-7163. | Your advocate calls you back the same day and arranges a video consult with your treating doctor. |
| Questions and check-ins | Message or email your advocate. | A reply within one business day. |
With your permission, we send your records to your own doctor or dentist and set up a doctor-to-doctor call. We are building a network of U.S. partner dentists and clinics who see returning patients, starting in Florida, California and Texas.
Every Verified Provider has a written complication and redo policy: what is covered, for how long, and whether return travel is included. You receive it before you book, in plain English.
Follow-up schedule
How are you feeling? Any pain, swelling or questions about your instructions.
Healing check and a short satisfaction survey.
Outcome check. Any concern goes straight to your treating doctor.
For implants and joint replacements: a one-year review.
Any complication is logged within 24 hours, reviewed within 14 days, and counted in that provider’s yearly review.

A credentialing committee with an independent clinician decides.
The provider signs our agreement and aftercare addendum. Then they’re listed.
Measured, not promised
Response time, time to a treatment plan, estimate accuracy, complications reported within 90 days, patient satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. We will publish results once we have enough cases for the numbers to mean something.
