Healthcare should feel human, clear and coordinated.
We help people navigate medical, dental and senior-care options across Costa Rica, Mexico and Colombia—bringing information, independent providers and practical support into one understandable pathway.
We listen first. Then we help organize the next step.
Since 2018, Green Healthcare has supported patients and families seeking clearer access to care. Our role is to help prepare information, compare appropriate options, coordinate logistics and keep communication moving before, during and after care.
CRUM™ is the platform vision behind that coordination—connecting patient information, navigation and follow-up while keeping human support at the center.
Our patient-first commitment honors Johnny R. Umana, the founder’s father, whose life continues to inspire our focus on informed decisions, dignity and better health awareness.
Green Healthcare does not diagnose or provide medical or dental treatment. Independent licensed providers remain responsible for clinical advice, treatment, outcomes and warranties.

Green Healthcare International was founded in 2018. Johnny Umaña leads the company from Costa Rica and brings the healthcare experience reflected in Green Healthcare's care-navigation, medical-travel and patient-advocacy work. More than 700 people have been supported across the company's care journeys.
How independent providers are reviewed
Before a provider is presented for a request, the coordination team seeks to verify professional identity, applicable license or registration, relevant scope of practice, facility and care setting, treatment fit, written inclusions and exclusions, and the planned route for follow-up. Availability and final clinical suitability remain with the independent provider.
Clinical independence
Green Healthcare is a coordinator and patient advocate—not a hospital, clinic or treating professional. Independent licensed providers make every diagnosis and treatment decision and remain responsible for clinical care and outcomes.
