1. Who we are and scope

Green Healthcare provides healthcare coordination, digital health tools, provider-option support, medical and dental service navigation, medical-travel coordination and senior-living pathways. Certain technology and operational services may be powered or supported by XPM Services Inc. CRUM™ is Green Healthcare’s connected care and information platform.

This policy applies to information collected through this website, quote and consultation forms, patient-support communications and related Green Healthcare services. Independent doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, accommodations and other partners may maintain their own privacy practices.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect:

• Contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number and country of residence.
• Appointment, destination, procedure, care preference, timing and budget information.
• Information you voluntarily provide to help coordinate a medical, dental, senior-living or travel-related request.
• Billing or payment information when a paid service is used.
• Communication preferences and records of consent, including SMS consent.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, cookies and website activity when analytics or similar tools are enabled.
• Documents, images or health-related information you intentionally submit through a secure service after it becomes available.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Respond to questions and consultation or quote requests.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, providers, treatment options, travel logistics and follow-up.
• Verify program eligibility or connect users with participating independent professionals.
• Prepare requested quotes, explain next steps and process authorized payments.
• Send requested reminders, case updates, delivery or service information.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and CRUM services.
• Meet legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping or dispute-resolution obligations.

Green Healthcare will not use SMS consent or telephone numbers for third-party or affiliate marketing.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary for a requested service, with consent, or as permitted or required by law. Recipients may include:

• Independent doctors, dentists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other care providers involved in evaluating or fulfilling the user’s request.
• Travel, accommodation, transportation, senior-living or concierge providers selected as part of an authorized coordination request.
• Technology, payment, communications, hosting and operational vendors supporting Green Healthcare.
• Government, regulatory, law-enforcement or legal parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and integrity.

Independent providers

Doctors, hospitals, clinics, facilities, caregivers and other partners are generally independent providers rather than Green Healthcare employees or agents. Their handling of information may be governed by separate notices, professional duties and applicable law.

No sale of SMS consent

Mobile information, phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Local CRUM previews and Travel Safe

Some current CRUM demonstrations—including the patient/doctor marketplace preview and CRUM Travel Safe—use browser storage on the user’s device. Information stored locally is not automatically transmitted to Green Healthcare.

When a user chooses Email, WhatsApp, Copy, Print or device Share in Travel Safe, the user controls the recipient and initiates the transfer. Green Healthcare provides Travel Safe as a courtesy, does not independently verify patient-entered information, and is not responsible for the accuracy of information a user enters or voluntarily shares.

Clearing browser data, using another device or browser, or using private-browsing mode may remove or prevent access to locally stored information.

6. Security, retention and international processing

Green Healthcare uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or misuse. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the requested service, operational needs, consent records, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by information type and applicable requirements.

Green Healthcare coordinates services across countries. Information may be processed in a country different from the user’s residence, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, users may request access, correction or deletion of their information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask questions about information practices. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, contractual or recordkeeping reasons.

Users can manage browser cookies through their browser settings and can clear locally stored CRUM preview data from the relevant tool or browser.

8. SMS Messaging Policy

Opt-in and records

Consent may be collected through a clearly labeled checkbox, written authorization, double-confirmation process or other verifiable method. Green Healthcare may keep records of consent and opt-out requests.

Opt-out

After replying STOP, the user may receive a final confirmation. No further SMS messages should be sent under that program unless the user opts in again, except messages legally permitted without marketing consent.

9. Children’s information

This website is not directed to children who are legally unable to consent to the relevant service. A parent, legal guardian or other authorized representative should submit and manage information for a minor where required.

10. Embedded content, external links and policy changes

Embedded content and links from other websites may allow those services to collect data under their own policies. Green Healthcare is not responsible for third-party websites or applications.

This policy may be updated as services, technologies and legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a new version is posted.
