Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before requesting coordination services, using a Green Healthcare platform, or proceeding with a participating independent provider.

1. Who we are

Green Healthcare offers a comprehensive approach to health and wellness through:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS): advanced digital health solutions designed to streamline operations, improve patient care and enhance efficiency for healthcare providers.
  • Vetted healthcare solutions: trusted medical and dental service options, including specialized treatments and procedures, intended to help patients access high-quality care at affordable prices.
  • Senior living programs: tailored living solutions designed to support seniors' comfort, health and quality of life.

Green Healthcare integrates medical, dental and lifestyle coordination under one platform. Website: greenhealthcarecr.com.

2. General terms and eligibility

Eligibility

Patients must complete required medical examinations to confirm eligibility. Pre-existing conditions and lifestyle habits, including smoking, may affect treatment suitability.

Treatment plan

A detailed plan outlining steps, costs and timelines will be provided by or through the applicable provider. Patients must review and approve the plan before proceeding.

Costs and payment

Prices vary based on case complexity and materials. Estimates and payment options will be discussed in advance.

Post-procedure care

Strict adherence to post-operative instructions, including medications, follow-ups and oral hygiene, is required for treatment success.

Transportation services

Transportation to and from scheduled medical or dental appointments is complimentary only when expressly promised; it is not automatic.

3. Medical and dental disclaimer

Critical notice: Green Healthcare Costa Rica / Green Healthcare International acts solely as a patient advocate, travel assistant and administrative coordinator. We do not provide medical or dental treatment. We are not a hospital, clinic, physician group or emergency medical provider. We do not practice medicine or provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions or treatment.

By proceeding with treatment, the patient acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Green Healthcare is not the treating provider.
  • All clinical decisions, services, diagnoses, procedures, materials and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the independent doctor or clinic.
  • Any medical or dental warranties, including those involving implants, prostheses or treatment, are the sole responsibility of the treating provider.
  • Green Healthcare does not guarantee clinical results, the absence of complications or warranty fulfillment.
  • Green Healthcare may facilitate communication when a provider has not fulfilled services, but that advocacy does not create legal liability or financial responsibility for Green Healthcare or its affiliates.

4. Independent third-party providers

Green Healthcare and its partners coordinate with independent third-party providers, including doctors, hospitals, healthcare facilities, caregivers, hotels and transportation companies. These providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents or representatives of Green Healthcare.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Healthcare assumes no liability for their actions, omissions, misdiagnoses, surgical complications, infections, dental or implant failures, or services. Patients should review each provider's credentials and terms before treatment, even where a provider has been vetted.

5. Patient consent and assumption of risk

By proceeding, the patient knowingly, voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with medical travel, surgery, dental treatment, sedation, post-operative complications, financial losses and unexpected medical outcomes. Healthcare outcomes can never be guaranteed.

6. Full release and waiver of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the patient voluntarily releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless Green Healthcare Costa Rica, Green Healthcare International, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, coordinators, affiliates and assigns from claims, demands, damages, liabilities or lawsuits arising directly or indirectly from medical treatments, travel coordination, lodging or third-party provider omissions.

No admission of liability

Coordination assistance, scheduling support, a refund discussion or any goodwill gesture by Green Healthcare does not constitute an admission of fault, negligence, malpractice or legal liability.

7. Travel Safe portal and technology disclaimer

Any platform, portal, application, website, QR system, AI system, virtual assistant or telehealth interface—including the Travel Safe Portal—is offered solely for informational and coordination purposes.

The Travel Safe Portal does not constitute medical care, emergency response or guaranteed healthcare access. Use is voluntary and provided “as is” at the user's own risk. Green Healthcare carries no liability for portal downtime, technology or internet failures, cybersecurity incidents or AI-generated recommendations. It is a supplemental tool and not a substitute for direct emergency services, including 911.

8. Right to refuse service and governing law

Green Healthcare reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate coordination services at any time for any lawful reason.

Governing law: These terms shall be governed under the applicable laws of the Republic of Costa Rica or Mexico.

9. Privacy and SMS messaging

Green Healthcare collects personal information reasonably necessary to schedule appointments, coordinate requested healthcare solutions, process authorized payments and communicate about care. Information is protected with administrative, physical and electronic safeguards and is shared only with consent or as required or permitted by law.

SMS consent

  • Users must expressly opt in before receiving SMS notifications, requested quotes or appointment updates.
  • Messages identify Green Healthcare; message and data rates may apply.
  • Frequency varies by request, generally one to three messages per month.
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
  • SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Acceptance

By requesting services, scheduling appointments, using a Green Healthcare platform, paying a deposit or proceeding with coordinated treatment, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
