Patient advocate · For Americans at home

Healthcare is complicated. You shouldn’t face it alone.

A personal patient advocate helps you find the right doctor, understand costs before you commit, get a second opinion and keep your records in one place. Near home in the U.S., or abroad when it makes sense for you.

What your advocate does

Help with the hard parts of healthcare at home.

Hospitals and insurers each have people working for them. With Green Healthcare, you have someone working for you.

Find the right doctor

We identify specialists and facilities that fit your condition, location and coverage, then help you get the appointment.

Get a second opinion

Before surgery or after a serious diagnosis, we gather your records and coordinate a review by another qualified specialist.

Know the cost first

We help you request estimates, compare prices and understand what your plan is likely to cover, before you commit.

Make sense of a bill

We help you read a medical bill, request an itemized statement and raise errors with the provider or your plan.

Records in one place

Imaging, lab results, treatment plans and reports, organized and ready to share with any doctor you see.

Help for a parent

For families caring for an aging parent: appointments, follow-up and one point of contact, even from a distance.

Healthcare without borders

At home or abroad? You see both.

We never push anyone to travel. We show you the real options, side by side, and you decide.

Care near home

When local care is the right choice

Because of timing, the procedure, your coverage or your health. We help you get it, and get it organized.

  • Specialist search and appointments
  • Second opinions
  • Cost estimates and bill questions
  • Records and follow-up
Care abroad

When U.S. costs are out of reach

For dental work and planned procedures, we compare verified providers in Costa Rica, Mexico and Colombia.

Questions

Good to know

Is this health insurance?

No. Green Healthcare does not pay claims or replace your health plan. We help you use the coverage you have, understand your options and get organized care.

Do I have to travel abroad?

No. Many people we help never leave home. Care in Costa Rica, Mexico or Colombia is one option we compare, only when it fits your treatment, health and budget. You decide.

Where in the United States do you work?

We work by phone, video and email, so you can be anywhere in the U.S. Your advocate works with the doctors, clinics and plans near you.

Do you give medical advice?

No. Licensed physicians and dentists make every medical decision. We find, explain, compare and coordinate, and we make sure your questions get answered.

How much does it cost?

Your first conversation is free, with no obligation. If you want ongoing advocacy, any fee is explained in writing before you start. Members of partner employers and associations may have navigation included in their benefit.

Is my information private?

Yes. We share your records only with your permission, and only with the providers involved in your care. See our privacy policy.
