Real prices. Real savings. No guessing.
What we publish is what you pay to start — compared side by side with typical U.S. prices. Your provider confirms the final price in writing before you book a flight.
Dental prices vs. the U.S.
Published starting prices in U.S. dollars, coordinated with participating dentists in Costa Rica. Every price is confirmed in a written plan after a dentist reviews your X-ray.
U.S. ranges: typical prices without insurance — Real Dental Costs, US dental costs and restorative dentistry (reviewed June 2026); All-on-4 per-arch ranges from Real Dental Costs (May 29, 2026), shown for both arches; sinus lift from Real Dental Costs (May 2026, per side). Savings for All-on-4 include the 4% tax. Single-arch All-on-4 and All-on-6 are quoted after X-ray review.

Why there’s no medical price list.
A knee replacement, a gastric sleeve or a cardiac work-up can cost very different amounts depending on the diagnosis, surgeon, facility, anesthesia, devices, nights in hospital and follow-up. A list price would only mislead you.
Instead, a qualified professional reviews your records and you receive an itemized written quote — what’s included, what isn’t, and what could change.
Every quote should list
- Surgeon or physician fees
- Anesthesia and anesthesiologist
- Facility, operating room and hospital nights
- Implants or devices, with brand
- Pre-operative tests and imaging
- Medications during the stay and to take home
- Follow-up visits and physical therapy
- What happens — and who pays — if extra care is needed

Straight answers
Are these prices real or “starting from” teasers?
They are Green Healthcare’s published prices. Single items such as a root canal or bridge show a starting price because the final amount depends on your X-ray. Your provider confirms the exact price in writing before you travel.
What is included in the All-on-4 price?
Upper and lower arches, digital planning, multi-unit abutments and the hotel: 8 nights with acrylic ($16,800) or 10 nights with zirconia ($19,500). A 4% tax applies. Airfare is not included.
Why does the price list compare with U.S. prices?
So you can see the real difference. U.S. ranges are typical prices without insurance from independent surveys (Real Dental Costs, 2026). Your local price may be higher or lower.
Is it still worth it after flights and hotel?
For several implants, crowns or veneers, and for full-mouth work, usually yes — see the whole-trip examples above. For a single implant the savings can be small once you add two trips. Our trip calculator shows your city.
Why are there no fixed prices for medical procedures?
Medical costs depend on the diagnosis, surgeon, facility, anesthesia, devices, nights in hospital and follow-up. Instead of a misleading list, you receive an itemized written quote after a professional reviews your records.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your written plan before you book anything. Ask your coordinator about payment options and about veteran discounts on our programs.
