Can I receive dialysis while traveling in Costa Rica?
It may be possible when planned in advance. A receiving dialysis facility must review its required records, physician orders, access and supply information, then accept the patient and confirm requested sessions. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
Can Green Healthcare arrange cancer treatment abroad?
We can coordinate authorized record transfer, specialist review, consultations and travel logistics. A licensed receiving oncology team independently determines whether evaluation or treatment is appropriate and may require additional testing.
Can an oxygen tank be delivered to my hotel?
We can help request equipment delivery through an appropriate independent supplier, subject to prescription, location, inventory and supplier rules. Airline oxygen and destination rental are separate arrangements.
What if my need is not listed?
Choose “Unique request” and provide complete patient, clinical, travel, technical and support information. We will assess the coordination pathway and tell you what documentation or professional review is required.
How far ahead should I request care?
As early as possible. Record review, facility acceptance, special supplies, equipment, payment and travel arrangements can take time. Do not book travel around unconfirmed care.
