Responsible technology

AI and content transparency

AI may support organization, translation, drafting and future care-coordination tools. It does not independently diagnose, prescribe, select treatment or replace licensed clinical judgment.

Professionals decide.

  • AI-generated output is not a medical order or diagnosis.
  • A responsible professional must review clinical decisions.
  • Urgent or emergency needs must use appropriate local emergency services.
  • Developing or prototype CRUM capabilities are labeled “coming soon,” “preview” or “in development.”

Public website content

Human accountability required

Automated tools may assist with early drafts, translation, formatting, research organization or quality checks. Green Healthcare remains responsible for what it publishes. Medical claims should follow the editorial and medical-review policy, cite suitable sources and identify review dates when appropriate.

CRUM product descriptions

Development status must be visible

Descriptions of planned records, analytics, triage support, provider directories, monitoring or decision-support functions describe intended capabilities, not guaranteed availability. A prototype interface, sample professional, example rating or sample patient record must not be interpreted as a live service or verified real-world record.

Patient information

Minimum necessary information

Patients should not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive records through public forms. Personal health information should be collected only through an appropriately secured workflow, for a defined purpose, with suitable consent and access controls.

Search and answer engines

Public, indexable pages may be crawled and summarized by search and answer engines. Those systems can make mistakes or show outdated extracts. The canonical page on this website and direct confirmation from the responsible provider should be used for current decisions.
