"Ask for a tooth-by-tooth plan."
A full-mouth plan should name every tooth: keep, crown, treat or replace — and why. If a quote just says "full mouth" with one number, ask for the breakdown. We give you that in writing before you travel.

Full-mouth questions patients ask us
How much does full-mouth restoration cost in Costa Rica?
It depends on whether your natural teeth can be saved. A full set of 20 crowns or veneers is $8,900–$9,500. Full-mouth acrylic All-on-4 (upper + lower) is $16,800 + 4% tax with 8 hotel nights; zirconia All-on-4 is $19,500 + 4% tax with 10 nights. Mixed plans are priced per tooth.
Is full-mouth restoration the same as All-on-4?
No. Full-mouth restoration is any plan that rebuilds the whole mouth — it can save your teeth with crowns, bridges and root canals. All-on-4 replaces all teeth in an arch with a fixed bridge on four implants. Your X-ray decides which makes sense.
Can all treatment be done in one trip?
Crowns and veneers on healthy teeth can often be finished in one stay. Anything involving implants usually needs two trips so bone can heal before final teeth.
Should every damaged tooth get a crown?
No. A good plan explains each tooth and why it is being treated. Some teeth need only a filling, some a crown, and some are better replaced.
What is the cheapest way to fix a full mouth?
Saving teeth that are healthy enough is usually least expensive. When most teeth are failing, acrylic All-on-4 at $16,800 for both arches is often better long-term value than treating each tooth one by one.
