Published starting prices in U.S. dollars, coordinated by Green Healthcare International with participating providers in Costa Rica. Airfare is not included. Your treating dentist confirms candidacy, scope, inclusions and final price in writing after reviewing your X-ray or CBCT. *Lifetime warranty applies only to qualifying full-mouth restorations and is subject to the provider's written warranty terms, required maintenance, exclusions and clinical eligibility.
U.S. prices vary widely by city, dentist and what is included. These are published national ranges, so use them as a guide, not a promise of savings.

Treatment scopes differ: some U.S. quotes include extractions, sedation and imaging and some don't; your written plan lists exactly what ours includes. We don't promise savings — we show you both numbers so you can decide.
For one implant, two trips of flights and hotel can make Costa Rica cost about the same as treatment at home. The math usually starts working at 3 or more implants, and strongly for full-mouth All-on-4. Run your own numbers below.
Pick your city and treatment. Hotel is already included with All-on-4.
Treatment, hotel, flights and the little things — one honest total.
Flights: estimated economy round trips to San José (SJO), KAYAK route data, checked Oct 2026; fares change daily and peak season costs more. Meals, transfers & local travel: our estimate of $35–60 per day plus $60–100 airport transfers per trip. U.S. ranges: NewMouth, updated May 18, 2026; Real Dental Costs, updated May 29, 2026.
Two trips are typical for implants and All-on-4.
Estimate only — not a quote. Your written treatment plan confirms clinical scope and price after an X-ray review.
Every week someone sends me a quote that looked cheaper — until we read it together and found the temporary teeth, the final teeth or the second trip weren't in it. Ask any clinic, including us, to put the number of implants, the material of your final teeth, the number of trips and the hotel nights in writing.
That's why we publish our prices and why your plan comes before your plane ticket.

Through Green Healthcare, a single dental implant starts at $1,895, and a zirconia crown is published at $500 per tooth. Full-mouth acrylic All-on-4 (upper + lower) is $16,800 + 4% tax with 8 hotel nights included, and zirconia All-on-4 is $19,500 + 4% tax with 10 hotel nights included. Your final price is confirmed in writing after a dentist reviews your X-ray.
Four implants at the published $1,895 each come to $7,580. If each implant needs a zirconia crown at $500, that adds $2,000, for about $9,580 before travel. If you are missing most of the teeth in an arch, ask about All-on-4 — it can be better value than many single implants.
A full mouth (upper + lower) with acrylic All-on-4 is $16,800 + 4% tax ($17,472), including 8 hotel nights. Zirconia All-on-4 is $19,500 + 4% tax ($20,280), including 10 hotel nights. U.S. full-mouth All-on-4 commonly runs $30,000–$76,000 depending on material.
Yes. Acrylic All-on-4 for both arches is $17,472 including tax, with hotel included. Even with two round-trip flights from Miami, Dallas, Chicago or Los Angeles and estimated meals and transfers, the total trip typically lands around $18,500–$19,600.
Green Healthcare publishes the same zirconia All-on-4 price — $19,500 with 10 days of stay — in Costa Rica, Mexico and Colombia. Costa Rica also offers the $16,800 acrylic All-on-4 option. Most patients choose based on flight time, comfort with the destination and how the written plan compares, not on price alone. See our Mexico dental implants page.
With Green Healthcare, yes for All-on-4: 8 hotel nights with acrylic All-on-4 (4 + 4 over two trips) and 10 nights with the zirconia package (5 + 5). Single implants do not include a hotel in the published price, but we can arrange partner hotels.
For All-on-4, plan on 4 days per trip with acrylic or 5 days per trip with zirconia, over two trips. For single implants, expect roughly 3–5 days per trip. Your written plan gives a visit-by-visit schedule before you buy flights.

Not reliably. Photos help start the conversation, but bone, roots and gums only show on an X-ray or CBCT. That is why we ask for imaging before giving you a written price.
That's how you get a real number — not a guess. A dentist reviews your X-ray, and you receive an itemized plan with price, number of trips and days of stay before you book anything.
