Peniflex.

Peniflex is an ultra-malleable implant designed and patented by Dr. Iván Aguilar. It involves the insertion of this implant through an incision in the pubic area, resulting in a lengthening of the penis with a natural appearance, preserving sensation. This procedure requires the patient to have undergone circumcision at least 3 months prior. Advantages include an increase in penile length by 1 to more than 2 inches, definitive long-term results, a natural and soft feel, preserved tactile sensation, and sexual function. Risks include implant rejection or infection, which may require implant removal.

 

Penile lengthening.

 

This procedure utilizes a VY technique, involving the cutting of the suspensory ligament of the penis to release it from the body, resulting in a size gain of 4 to 6 centimeters in length. Advantages include permanent long-term enlargement, increased length when erect, quick recovery, and no need for prior circumcision.

 

Liposuction with fat transfer to the penis.

The inferior turbinates  surgery is performed under anaesthetic with sedation. The surgery is done inside your nose with no scars or bruises on the outside. Using the electrocautery technique (application of heat). Turbinate surgery takes around 30 minutes and it is performed by an otolaryngologist.
