Is the dental quote free?
Yes. Sending your X-ray and receiving a written treatment plan is free and without obligation.
What X-ray do I need?
A recent panoramic X-ray (OPG) or a 3D CBCT scan. Any dentist or imaging center can take one and give you a digital copy. A clear phone photo of the X-ray also works to start.
I don't have an X-ray. Can I still apply?
Yes. Answer the questions and we'll tell you exactly what to request locally, or it can be taken at the clinic in Costa Rica.
Who sees my information?
Your request is emailed securely to the Green Healthcare coordination team and shared only with the participating dentist reviewing your case.
