Good morning Johnny,
We followed your format and our letters are producing results.
My Ophthalmology appointment at Hospital San Rafael de Alajuela has been changed from July 23, 2025 to December 19, 2024 at 10:00am.
CAJA had already moved Arthur’s appointment from February of 2028 to November 2027. This is still unacceptable.
Arthur’s letter continues to move through the system.
Yesterday, we received a notice that his request has been forwarded to the Comtrollers of Services, Hospital San Rafael de Alajuela. We were told that Art could expect a reply within 10 days.
Additionally, we have discussed our situation with a (retired) health care professional. He can help us file the “Writ”, if that step becomes necessary.
