Real prices. Real savings. No guessing.
What we publish is what you pay to start — compared side by side with typical U.S. prices. Prices are for generally healthy patients with standard, uncomplicated treatment. Your provider confirms the final price in writing before you book a flight.
Dental prices vs. the U.S.

Assisted living, memory care and the three care levels.
What hands-on care typically costs each month in Costa Rica, next to the U.S. These fees are paid to the care provider. Your Senior Living at a Distance™ plan covers our advocacy and coordination.
Costa Rica: private residential facilities ₡500,000–₡1.6 million a month ($1,100–$3,500, average ₡804,000 ≈ $1,760) and in-home care ₡120,000–₡280,000 a month from independent caregivers or ₡240,000–₡560,000 from specialized companies, for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week — The Tico Times, July 3, 2026 (colones converted at about ₡460 per US$). Memory care in Costa Rica is an estimate: about 20% above assisted living, up to the top of the private range. U.S.: assisted living $70,800 a year, nursing home semi-private room $111,325, home health aide $77,792 and homemaker $75,504 a year for 44 hours a week — Genworth & CareScout Cost of Care Survey 2024; U.S. Level 1 and 2 figures are those hourly rates for the same 25 hours a week. U.S. memory care $7,645 a month — U.S. News, via WTOP, April 2026. Green Healthcare does not own or operate care homes; each provider confirms services, licensing and final price in writing.

Straight answers
Are these prices real or “starting from” teasers?
They are Green Healthcare’s published prices. Single items such as a root canal or bridge show a starting price because the final amount depends on your X-ray. Your provider confirms the exact price in writing before you travel.
What is included in the All-on-4 price?
Upper and lower arches, digital planning, multi-unit abutments and the hotel: 8 nights with acrylic ($16,800) or 10 nights with zirconia ($19,500). A 4% tax applies. Airfare is not included.
Why does the price list compare with U.S. prices?
So you can see the real difference. U.S. ranges are typical prices without insurance from independent surveys (Real Dental Costs, 2026). Your local price may be higher or lower.
Is it still worth it after flights and hotel?
For several implants, crowns or veneers, and for full-mouth work, usually yes — see the whole-trip examples above. For a single implant the savings can be small once you add two trips. Our trip calculator shows your city.
Why are surgery prices shown as ranges?
Surgery costs depend on the surgeon, hospital, implant, anesthesia and nights in hospital. The ranges are for a generally healthy patient with a standard case. You receive an itemized written quote after a surgeon reviews your records.
Do these prices apply if I have other health conditions?
The published prices are for generally healthy patients with standard, uncomplicated treatment. Other conditions, revisions, higher complexity or complications are quoted individually after a professional review, and the final price is always confirmed in writing before you travel.
What do assisted living and memory care cost in Costa Rica?
Private residential facilities typically cost $1,100–$3,500 a month (about $1,760 on average, July 2026). Memory care usually costs more, roughly $2,100–$3,500+ a month after an assessment. These fees are paid to the care provider; our plans cover advocacy and coordination.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your written plan before you book anything. Ask your coordinator about payment options and about veteran discounts on our programs.
