Long-term care planning

Three levels of support—built around the person.

Care needs can change gradually or after a major health event. These planning levels help families describe the support needed, compare qualified providers and request a personalized care estimate.

Level 1

Independent Living Support

Best for: Mostly independent seniors who manage daily life but value a dependable safety net.

  • Medication reminders
  • Scheduled wellbeing check-ins
  • Routine housekeeping and linen support
  • Prepared-meal access coordination
  • Transportation and appointment resources
  • Family communication plan
GoalFreedom and convenience with minimal intervention.
Level 3

Comprehensive Care Coordination

Best for: Seniors with advanced physical or functional limitations requiring frequent or continuous support.

  • Extensive activities-of-daily-living support
  • Eating, mobility and transfer assistance
  • Closer supervision and safety planning
  • On-site or home nursing coordination
  • Hospital, specialist and medication coordination
  • Family care conferences and transition planning
GoalMaximum safety, comfort and coordinated personal care.
Personalized assessment and pricing: These levels are planning guides—not insurance products, clinical assessments or guarantees of placement. Green Healthcare helps evaluate needs and coordinate options. Hands-on caregiving, nursing, residential care and medical services are delivered and billed separately by appropriately qualified independent providers. Availability, scope and pricing are confirmed in writing.

Common questions

Clarity before you begin.

Every member's needs are different. Your first conversation confirms scope, availability and the most appropriate plan.

Still deciding?Ask about one plan or let us help you compare every option.Review Senior Living plans
Is this assisted living or a home-care agency?

No. Senior Living at a Distance is an advocacy, planning and coordination service. When clinical care, caregiving or residential services are needed, we help coordinate with appropriate independent providers.

Can you help when family lives in another country?

Yes. Long-distance reassurance is central to the program. With the member's permission, we can establish a communication plan and provide agreed updates to designated family members.

Do you provide legal, financial or medical advice?

No. We organize information, explain coordination options and connect members with qualified professionals. Legal documents, clinical decisions and financial advice remain the responsibility of licensed professionals and the member.

What happens in an emergency?

We follow the member's documented coordination plan and the scope of the membership. Emergency medical services must always be contacted first for immediate or life-threatening situations.

Are third-party services included in membership prices?

No, unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. Fees charged by doctors, attorneys, caregivers, transportation companies, funeral homes and other providers are separate.

Can plans be customized?

Yes. The initial planning conversation identifies needs, geography and priorities. Any customized services, limits and fees are documented before work begins.

Begin your plan

Tell us who you are planning for.

Share a little about the person, where they live and what support would bring the most peace of mind. A Green Healthcare coordinator will review the request and contact you about the next step.

  • No obligation to enroll
  • Private planning conversation
  • Clear scope before services begin

Please do not include passwords, financial account numbers or unnecessary medical details. If this is an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Honest guidance · real choices · clear costs

Comprehensive service without hidden surprises.

Our patients asked for honest, comprehensive guidance abroad—not a cookie-cutter package that assumes one plan fits everyone. We explain the available choices, what each service includes, what may cost extra, and whether a service is appropriate before you commit.

Clear written scope

Before paid work begins, we identify the coordination services included, expected fees, limits, response times and known third-party costs.

No hidden coordination fees

Any Green Healthcare coordination fee is disclosed in advance. Independent provider, hospital, pharmacy, legal, transport and home-care charges remain separate.

Honest recommendations

We explain when advocacy or coordination may add value—and when a service may not be necessary for the situation.

Quote-only requests welcome

You may ask what a service could cost for you or your family without enrolling in an annual plan.

Personalized—not one size fits all

Recommendations reflect the person, location, health circumstances, goals, family needs and requested level of support.

Choices listed clearly

The inquiry form includes every current plan, consulting option and specialized navigation service, plus “Help me choose.”

Prices are subject to change. Published prices are general program prices and are not a final quote or guarantee. Before enrollment or a non-routine intervention, Green Healthcare will confirm the current price and scope in writing. Unplanned or complex situations may require a revised estimate, which will be discussed before additional non-emergency coordination work proceeds whenever circumstances allow.
