Patient advocacy questions
Does a patient advocate make medical decisions?
No. Green Healthcare coordinates information, communication and practical next steps. Licensed healthcare professionals remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment and clinical decisions.
Can you help my parent while I live abroad?
Green Healthcare can coordinate non-emergency support and authorized family communication, subject to the patient’s consent, provider cooperation and service availability.
Is this an emergency service?
No. For urgent or emergency symptoms, contact Costa Rica emergency services or seek care at the nearest appropriate facility.
Green Healthcare is not a hospital, insurer, emergency provider or treating professional. Availability, clinical suitability and care decisions remain with independent providers.
