Made for Santiago de Cali Care with community impact

From Aguablanca and Suroriente to Ladera, Centro and the north of Cali, this pilot is designed to help visitors access quality care at fair rates and help local families find clearer routes through providers, EPS/EAPB responsibilities and Cali’s five municipal ESE networks.

For Cali residents Clearer guidance toward an appropriate entry point, provider or referral pathway—reducing confusion and avoidable dead ends.
For visitors Organized access to participating providers, availability and transparent self-pay options without sacrificing quality for the lowest price.
For local providers Better-organized referral opportunities with the administrative need, preferred area, timing and payment pathway made clear.

Important disclaimer: Green Healthcare is a healthcare coordination and patient advocacy service and does not provide medical care, determine medical necessity or guarantee acceptance by a particular provider. Medical services, eligibility, availability and pricing are determined by the treating healthcare provider.

Membership foundation

Useful access without pretending to replace the system.

The pilot creates a coordinated administrative layer around the patient. Clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals; public-system affiliation and covered-network authorization remain with the appropriate EPS/EAPB or authority.

Cali pilot enrollment

Become a member—or request one quote.

This form collects administrative information only. Do not submit diagnoses, detailed medical histories, images or records here. A coordinator will explain the secure next step if clinical documents are needed.

Two ways to begin

Members receive an administrative profile, ongoing coordination and follow-up. A one-time quote request is processed without membership for one consultation, simple procedure, surgery or complex-surgery review.

No-obligation request

Start in Cali

Choose membership or a one-time quote. We will organize the request for review by an appropriate participating provider or public-system entity.

How would you like to begin?

A quote is not a confirmed appointment or guaranteed public-system rate. The responsible provider or entity confirms eligibility, required referral or authorization, availability, clinical suitability and final price.

Doctors · dentists · IPS · diagnostics

Receive appropriate Cali referral opportunities.

Apply to join the pilot, submit credentials and service locations, define accepted request categories, respond with availability and provide transparent self-pay rates. Participation begins only after verification and agreement approval.

Important questions

What this pilot is—and is not.

Does membership enroll me in Colombia’s public health system?

No. Formal SGSSS affiliation is handled by authorized EPS/EAPB and government processes. Green Healthcare membership is an independent navigation and coordination service.

Can a visitor use public providers?

Access, payment, eligibility and authorization vary. Green Healthcare can request information or self-pay availability from participating providers, but cannot guarantee public-network access or subsidized pricing.

Is a requested appointment confirmed?

No. A request becomes an appointment only when the responsible provider confirms availability, requirements, price or authorization and the patient accepts.

Where is the health record?

The initial pilot can create an administrative member profile. A clinical health record will remain disabled until secure infrastructure, identity verification, consent, encryption, audit controls and professional governance are configured.
