Do I need to be having a medical procedure to use it?+
No. Whether you are traveling for healthcare, visiting family, relocating or simply need trusted local assistance, you can request help organizing appropriate options before, during and after your trip.
Can I combine several services in one request?+
Yes. Add as many services as you need to your plan. You answer a few questions for each one, and the coordination team reviews the complete request together.
Who provides the services?+
Independent participating providers — healthcare, transportation, insurance, hospitality and tour companies — remain responsible for their own services. Green Healthcare coordinates and connects you with appropriate options.
How much does the concierge cost?+
Sending a request is free and there is no obligation. Availability and final pricing for each service are confirmed by the participating provider before anything is booked.
Are rental cars available in every country?+
Rental-car requests are available in Costa Rica now. Mexico and Colombia are coming soon.
Can you arrange wheelchair-accessible transportation?+
Yes, you can request a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp or lift, and tell us about mobility or medical equipment. Availability is confirmed by the transportation provider.
Is this an emergency service?+
No. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. The concierge request form is for planning and information and is not monitored as an emergency dispatch service.
Which countries do you cover?+
Costa Rica, Mexico and Colombia. Some services, such as rental cars, are currently available in Costa Rica only.
