Independent choices: Green Healthcare provides research, navigation and coordination. We do not own, operate, license or guarantee any retirement home, care facility or residential provider. Each provider confirms suitability, availability, services, licensing and final pricing directly.
Best for: mostly independent seniors who value a dependable safety net.
Best for: seniors who need regular hands-on help with several daily activities.
Best for: seniors with advanced limitations requiring frequent or continuous support.
Personalized assessment and pricing: these levels are planning guides — not insurance products, clinical assessments or guarantees of placement. Hands-on caregiving, nursing, residential care and medical services are delivered and billed separately by qualified independent providers. Availability, scope and pricing are confirmed in writing.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your family is a clear plan. We organize the process and coordinate the appropriate licensed professionals.
Ask about legacy planning →Clear, accurate coordination: Green Healthcare does not prepare legal documents, provide legal or financial advice, practice medicine, guarantee outcomes or hold funeral funds. Members may pre-fund arrangements directly with their chosen provider; Green Healthcare does not hold or guarantee those funds.
“Everything you need to remain independent — with a private healthcare strategy built around you.” For retirees, snowbirds, executives and international residents with private insurance or self-pay.

“A complete life-management service designed to protect your independence, your family and your legacy.” A private Family Office for Seniors.
Executive Family Office for Seniors™: families hire a family office to coordinate wealth — this coordinates life, connecting physicians, hospitals, family, attorneys, pharmacies, home-care agencies, insurance, veterans services, transportation and funeral homes around the member.
Money shouldn’t be what holds you back from the right support. Most families combine several resources — here’s where to start, plus a simple calculator to estimate your plan.
Pensions, retirement accounts and Social Security. U.S. Social Security benefits can generally be received while living abroad — confirm your situation with the SSA.
Home equity is one of the most common ways families fund a move, a retirement community or care at home.
Some policies help with home care or residential care. Ask your insurer whether benefits apply outside your home country.
Some policies offer living benefits or other options. A licensed advisor can explain what applies to you.
Eligible U.S. veterans may have VA benefits, including programs for service-connected care abroad. Ask us about veteran discounts on our programs.
Original Medicare generally doesn’t cover care outside the U.S. Review private insurance, local options such as the CCSS in Costa Rica, or self-pay plans.
Adult children or relatives often share costs. A clear written plan makes those conversations easier.
Most families blend two or three of these. We help you see the full picture — with no hidden coordination fees.
Choose a Senior Living at a Distance™ plan, then compare your current monthly living costs with your expected costs after a move or change in support.
For planning only — not a quote or financial advice. Independent provider, housing, clinical, legal and transport costs are separate and confirmed in writing. The Independent Living Plan can also be paid as $299/year after setup.
