Independent patient navigation

Get my preliminary treatment options.

One clinic gives you one option. Green Healthcare helps you understand your options—before you decide whether to travel or which kind of provider to contact.

No scan yet? That is okay. No obligation. Educational navigation—not diagnosis.

A clearer decision—not a sales pitch for one clinic.

Your preliminary options summary is designed to help you prepare for licensed clinical review. Depending on your case and available records, it may organize these decision areas.

Treatment

Options to discuss

Implant versus bridge, removable versus fixed restoration, staged treatment, All-on-4 versus All-on-6, and questions raised by grafting or existing work.

Cost

Comparable quote categories

Implant, abutment, temporary, final prosthesis, imaging, extractions, grafting, sedation, follow-up and likely travel—not a misleading headline price.

Destination

Country and trip fit

Costa Rica, Mexico or Colombia; flight access, number of visits, recovery time, companion needs and continuity after you return home.

We identify missing details and make different quotes easier to compare.

Explore

Review possible treatment, destination, timeline and cost questions.

Choose next step

Decide whether to seek a provider review, second opinion or local evaluation.

Clinical boundary: Green Healthcare does not diagnose, determine candidacy or replace a licensed dentist. Final treatment and pricing require appropriate records and examination by the treating professional.

Tell us what you have been told.

Complete only what you know. You can begin without a CBCT scan.

Your information is used to respond to this request. Do not use this form for emergencies. Please avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Before you start

Is this a treatment plan?

No. It is a preliminary navigation summary that organizes questions and options for discussion. Only a qualified treating professional can diagnose and issue a clinical treatment plan.

Do I need a CBCT or panoramic X-ray?

No. You can start without one. A provider may later request appropriate imaging before offering meaningful clinical conclusions or a reliable quote.

Will you publicly identify every provider?

No. Green Healthcare explains its review criteria publicly while protecting its network. Appropriate provider information and introductions can occur within the patient process after needs are understood.
